WIND DAMAGE

Wind-damaged is not always visually apparent, but it is damaging to your roof. Any shingle with inadequate adhesion is wind-damaged and can be creased by repeated lifting or flapping. We know Virginia roofs get plenty of high winds. Roof Refresh restores the oils, thereby restoring flexibility and adhesion to reseal the shingle after lifting. 

HAIL DAMAGE

Hail damage to roof shingles can be very obvious or very difficult to uncover. It takes a trained eye to spot hail damage to roof shingles. Roof Refresh will inspect your roof and if treated, will ensure that your shingles are sufficiently protected from potentially detrimental weather conditions such as hail damage. Our innovative design allows the granules to tightly bind leaving your shingles flexible, protected, and restored.

GRANUAL LOSS

Granules provide asphalt shingles with a protective layer against the elements, ultraviolet exposure, and other outdoor threats.  Exposure to hail can also loosen granules. and the bond between the granules and asphalt deteriorates. Granules will then be carried away by runoff.  Peak 301 is able to provide a 10% reduction in granule loss for your roof which allows you to keep the main defense mechanism intact!

ROOF MOSS

Large clumps of moss can degrade shingles, get beneath them and create opportunities for leaks.
